Mitigate Partners’ Advisor Dennis Hartin and this school superintendent took a bold approach to problem-solving when the charter school faced a 60%+ increase in their health premiums and an 18% employee turnover rate.
The employer-built health plan they created saved the school nearly $200,000 in the first year and dropped the turnover rate down to 5%. School staff says that’s, in large part, thanks to the innovative “Emotional Vaccines”.
