Taylor Rogers helps companies strengthen their bond with employees by building generous benefit offerings that cost far less than traditional programs. This is accomplished by curating high-value healthcare options for employees and incentivizing them to make the best decisions available.
Taylor cut his teeth in the purchasing department for a semiconductor company (an industry where his father was a VP of Global Supply Chain). After moving into the insurance business, he was astonished that the purchasing discipline of manufacturers was nowhere to be found in the world of health insurance.
He routinely observed high cost, low-quality healthcare driving up insurance premiums, while employers and brokers did little to stop it.
A partnership with a courageous (and fed-up) client, Thrive Mortgage, gave rise to Cairn Advisors. Thrive’s CEO and CFO understood that by changing the way they purchased healthcare, they could create additional profit margin while putting
hundreds of thousands of dollars back into their employees’ pockets.
Cairn’s mission is to escort other companies to better physical and financial outcomes for their benefit plans, and for their employees, by simply following the path that’s already been created.
In the quest for constant improvement and cutting-edge innovation, Taylor is a proud member of Mitigate Partners, where a select group of top consultants from around the country collaborates to create unrivaled benefits experiences for their client groups.
PEAK Qualifier 2018 & 2019 with USI
The team at Cairn Advisors believes that employers have far more power than they realize to make a meaningful impact on the US Healthcare system. We believe that transparency, purchasing discipline, empathy, and an unbelievable employee experience are the keys to building a successful benefits program.
We believe that when employers begin to vote with their wallets and stop paying egregious prices for low-value healthcare, we will create a grassroots movement to transform one of the most dysfunctional silos of American infrastructure: healthcare.
