Committed to meeting her clients where they are and to crafting the optimal health benefits plan strategy, not just for the next renewal, but for the next three to five years, Liz Antaya consults with her clients to create high-value, actively managed, employer-built health plans that deliver richer benefits for less money. Often her clients increase their EBITDA by decreasing their health spending by significant amounts.
Liz has been in the Employee Benefits space since 2010. After a few years of playing the status quo game which included delivering yearly premium increases to clients while providing no additional value, Liz knew there had to be a better way. Thus, she proactively enrolled in a Masters Degree Program out of the University of Lynchburg in Health Benefit Design. It was through this course that Liz learned that there IS a better way and that she could be part of the solution and not part of the problem.
It was also through the Master’s Degree program that Liz was introduced to the Health Rosetta, a blue-print for high-performance benefits built to reduce costs by 20-40%, improve the quality of care and provide a better care experience for the member and the provider. Liz applied and was accepted as a
Health Rosetta Benefits Associate Advisor where she commits to an industry-leading standard of transparency and fiduciary responsibility to her clients and their employees. Using data analytics and proven practices, she designs health benefit plans that can reduce health care spending while achieving BETTER health outcomes and providing richer plan designs.
Liz’s passion to serve her clients is amplified through this advisor program, and Mitigate Partners provides access to similarly mission-aligned advisors who share best practices, new and cutting-edge ideas, and proven results from across the country. Liz adheres to and believes in the old African adage, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
As an Employee Benefits Advisor with Stahl & Associates Insurance, one of the largest privately-owned independent agencies in the state of Florida, Liz is committed to establishing long-term partnerships with her clients and to helping assess needs and long-term goals within the Employee Benefits arena
Liz began her career in the employee benefits space in 2010 as an Account Executive at a small, local agency just as The Affordable Care Act was becoming a reality. Many questioned her timing on entering the industry, but she persevered. Liz is glad she did because it ultimately put her on the path to becoming a Health Rosetta Advisor and a Mitigate Partner – where she can truly make a difference in the lives of the employees of the groups with which she works.
