Laurie began her career on the retirement side of benefits working with Fortune 500 employers to streamline plan administration. Starting the new millennium off right, in 2000 Laurie moved into the healthcare side of benefits by joining CIGNA Healthcare as a New Business Manager. After learning how health plans are built and operated, she opened MacDonald Consultants in 2003 to advise employers on the best healthcare plan strategies.
To bring the best solutions available nationwide and keep her clients on-trend, Laurie became a Health Rosetta advisor in 2019 and joined a movement to create transparency throughout the healthcare delivery supply chain.
