David is the owner and president of H Group Benefits in Northbrook Illinois. His career began as a bond trader in 1985 at the Chicago board of trade and continued in the financial services and benefits space with AXA advisors and New York Life. His business, H Group Benefits opened in 1997 and it has been growing continuously ever since.
With a mission to help companies grow by becoming an extension of their HR team, H Group provides exceptional service by being actively involved in client’s administrative needs daily.
In 2012, David grew his portfolio of businesses by opening UHES, a full services employers Association. Most recently, in 2023, David saw a need for a more customized offering for entrepreneurs and independent contractors. He developed PEO SE (dba PEO4Me) to offer comprehensive benefits by allowing his clients to join a large pool of similar individuals. This new solution offers highly competitive premium cost and the largest healthcare network in the country without being a part of a large corporation.
